What do the status codes mean?

CTG= contingent (seller's have accepted an offer to sell their home)

ACTV= active listing, available for viewing

TEMP= the seller's have temporarily taken the property off of the market.

RACT= Seller's have put the house back on the market (from being "TEMP")

CLSD= sold and closed

HC48= Seller's have accepted an offer to purchase a home, where the buyer needs to close on the sale of their home 1st

HS48= Seller's have accepted an offer subject to the sale of another home, another offer can be entertained

BOMK= back on the market
